Barn strip curtains are commonly used as entry doors and enclosure curtains for horses, pigs, and livestock. They are also widely used in zoos, doggy daycare facilities, and animal exhibitions — suitable for exotic animals including goats, llamas, sheep, elephants, and alpacas. These strip curtains control the inside temperature of the barn or enclosure, keep out wind, rain, and harsh weather, and allow easy entrance and exit for animals without the need to prop open doors. PVC strips are easy to clean and maintain year-round.

Steel Guard Safety's PVC strips feature a concave/convex overlap design that improves sealing and eliminates dangerous sharp edges. CFM certified fire and flame resistant, these strip curtains provide an excellent thermal barrier with temperature resistance from -10°F to 150°F. UV stabilizers reduce yellowing and extend the useful life of the strips in outdoor barn and farm environments.

• Package includes cut & punched strips and universal galvanized mounting hardware — mounts on door face (add 3"–5" in width), in jamb of doorways, or suspended with threaded rod
• Available in 8" wide / .080 gauge, 12" wide / .120 gauge, 16" wide / .160 gauge

Strip Size Recommendations by Door Height:
• 6'–9' height = 8" wide strips, .080 gauge thick
• 9'–12' height = 12" wide strips, .120 gauge thick
• 13'+ height = 16" wide strips, .160 gauge thick
